senior year at its finest

gah. i finally got to go to prom.

and it was a little overrated...

don't get me wrong, it was SUCH a blast!! i had the best date ever, an amazing dress and awesome shoes.

but it was honestly just another dance..there really wasn't anything special about senior prom as opposed to sophomore homecoming..

but i'm still so happy that i got to go:)

i got asked on thrusday...prom was saturday..

Prom was a blast:) the best way to start winding down senior year:)

Now, we plan MORP!!!:)

so i was totally going to ask a kid in my spanish class, but he's a sophomore..and i'm a senior...craddle robbing much???

yeah, so i decided to ask a junior in my spanish class:)

we have over 1,000 feet of plastic wrap.

one jeep to cover.

in 45 minutes.

awesome:)

But with the school year winding down, finals, AP testing, and huge reports are all over the place.

in med english, we have this HUGE research paper coming up. i missed one day and i have to have my intro, all my body paragraphs, and my workbook done and ready to take the test on the i don't even know what unit. cardiovascualr i think.

so having the worst senioritis possible, i do everything before i actually work on my paper or workbook...

i clean my car:)

do my laurndry..

vacume my room

and

blog:)

i'll get around to it soon.

after all, my best writing happens around midnight...:)

and somehow, i'm expected to get ready every single morning for school.. yeah, i'm feeling sweats all week:)

birthday, chirstmas, and road trippin

so i have lots to tell about the last few days

BUUT 

as usual, 

i'm not really feeling any of it

but mostly because the road trippin part hasn't actually happened yet.

if my daddy really loves me, he'll let me go to st. geezey with my best friend kesley tomorrow:)

not that i actually wanna go there or anything but it's an excuse to have an adventure:)

you know those days when being alive is just simply to difficult?

and going to class makes you wanna punch babies?? (heaven forbid we are in a nursery when that happens)

yes, well we decided that it was time for a personal day.

we made our way to Starbucks and got coffee.

we were FINALLY awake. thank goodness for caffeine.

then we got hungry so we went to mcdonalds and got breakfast:)

yay for dollar menu!!:)

then i needed to pee, but we couldn't walk back into mcdonalds cause that would be weird, so we ventured off to the library.

then we decided that we needed to go somewhere where we could truly enjoy our coffee that Starbucks made for us.

this is where we ended up..

when we got out of the car to enjoy the awesome view, karli stubbed her toe and instead of yelling profanities, she belted out "MOTHER THERESA!!!" at the top of her lungs.. so elle and i joined in the belting. we thought it would be refreshing to the ears of the BYU students.

we are hilarious in our own minds.

then out of nowhere,this hippie-granola man comes up to us and asks us if we were the ones yelling, and cautiously we said yes..

we weren't sure if he was gonna get mad or something but then out of nowhere

he cracked a smile and as we bursted out laughing because we were so embarrassed someone heard us, and this man thought it was great:)

then he left and told us to have a happy life:)

and that my friends, was the start of an awesome day:)

then we decided to venture off to dry canyon, and have deep talks on the hood of my car about the previous day that we spent with the coolest guys ever:) then once it started raining,we still had no intentions of moving. so we didn't. until we got bored and went on a nature hike:)

then we got burritos from tanner's house.. he has awesome green salsa.

then we went to the dollar store and bought matching ring pops because that's what best friends do:)

then we finished off the day at my house reading about kissing tips from cosmo..

memories are totally made when you're doing what you're not supposed to be:)

And the first week of senior year comes to an end, and i 

CAN  NOT say how much i already LOVE it :) 

SO much fun. 

so get this, ever since i was a freshman, i've had tons of honors and AP classes. I had those days when you wanted to poke your eye balls out with your fingers so often, that it became my new norm. 

heck, i even went to an accelerated science semester at UVU right before my junior year. 

and all thanks to this, i have a nice 15 credits on top of my already almost done 28 that are required for graduation. 

:) 

pretty much, if i really wanted to, i could've graduated last year. BUUUT i chose not to. so i left a few vitals for this year. 

Humanities is amazing. LOVE it. why did i not take it sooner??

Computer tech. concurrent enrollment:) AND required for graduation

Financial Lit: quite eye opening already. AND required

Med English: gotta love coaches being teachers too. 

Cross Country: yes. well. yes. 

granted i don't have a free period, but with classes THIS easy, why the heck would i need one???

I'm so glad i busted my butt for the past 3 years. Now i seriously have art credits and 3 required classes all year. and i get to do whatever the heck i want:) 

yay for being a senior. 

late nights? 

no more:) 

math classes?

yeah right. thank you accuplacer. 

 being able to say "shut up. i'm a senior?" 

so worth it. 

while all my friends are struggling with millions of text books, i literally only have one. 

my med english one. 

love it. 

love it all.
